Bootcamp

At Idlebootcamp you certainly wont have time to be Idle, our boot camp is designed to incorporate outdoor group exercise classes that mix traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. While there are a variety of styles of fitness at our bootcamp, most of it is designed in a way that pushes our clients harder than they’d push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp…….this leads to amazing results and gives you a real boost in both confidence and a new well being to your everyday life.

The Week:

  • Small groups (7-14 people per week).
  •  An open outdoor space with beautiful scenic mountain views
  • Orientation – Your first morning will include a brief into the week ahead, to enable us to discuss your fitness levels, what we/you hope to achieve.
  • 7 day Itinerary including, walking, hiking, mountain biking, swimming, strength training, yoga and much more
  • Evenings will be quiet and relaxing

A typical day will include:

7.00am -    Up with the birds
7.30am -    40 minute of cardio excercises
8.30am -    Breakfast
9.20am   -  First session, strength training
10.30am -  Refreshments and a light snack
10.50am -  Second session, hike, cycle
12.30pm -  Lunch on the terrace
13.30pm -  Aqua aerobics/volleyball
15.30pm -  Refreshment break and small snack
16.30pm -  Yoga/Pilates

You will finish at 17.30, then you will have a couple of hours to relax before dinner/bbq at 19.00pm

We have an amazing Spa where you can relax and enjoy a massage facial pedicure after you exhilarating day.

You will leave Idlebootcamp after 7 days feeling, healthier, happier, more confident, trimmer, revitalised and even with a nice glow of Vitamin D.

The food that we eat has a powerful effect on our health, eating the right foods in the right quantity with the right balance of nutrients will enable you to see truly dramatic changes in your body, your general health, your skin and even mental clarity…

Based on an excellent, proven exclusion program developed by our Doctor and Nutritionist our dietary program ensures not only maximum weight loss results, but also aids the body to eliminate toxins, our menu’s are designed to be tasty, highly nutritious and kind to the digestive system whilst aiding detoxification and cleansing. Be assured that you will not go hungry, with 3 fresh healthy and nutritious meals per day, healthy snacks plus unlimited organic and herbal teas and still mineral water.

Our Chefs produce high quality, nutritious and delicious meals from locally produced / sourced and in season ingredients, meals are unrefined and unprocessed!

The menus are designed to sustain you throughout your stay whilst allowing for a healthy weight loss. Our detox is not about starvation, deprivation and boring plain food… but about eating healthy nutritionally balanced fresh and tasty Mediterranean cuisine.

The dietary program at Real Boot Camp Spain for both our boot camp and the ultimate mind & body retreat both exclude alcohol, red meat, caffeine, all dairy, wheat and processed sugars to aid the the body’s detoxification and revitalization process.

Also included in our program is nutritional education so you can learn how to fuel your body correctly, how to combine nutrition and exercise so that you gain the maximum benefit from your new regime.

Although the program at the retreat will certainly offer great results within a relatively short time frame ( a kick start) we also understand that it must be a program that is easy to follow at home if long term results are to be both achieved and sustained, this is why we offer “at home” follow on plans and also access to the recipes we use at the retreat… this retreat is not designed to be a “short sharp shock” but is designed to allow its participants to gain the knowledge and motivation required to enjoy a happy and healthy lifestyle…

At the retreat we are happy to cater to our guests specific dietary needs, so if you have any food allergies or intolerances, specific foods that you dislike, or if you would prefer a strict vegetarian, pescatarian or vegan menu during your stay, just let us know …

Our aftercare program’s will assist you with resisting life’s little temptations and continuing with your exercise regime when you return home.
